Let's make a town where we can all live happily
Taku started pushing Chii's wheelchair. He felt that, thanks to her, he had learned some important things that day. He thought that they in a nice town. He decided then to live and to get along with many kinds of people, just like Chii did.
A town where everybody could live happily would also be a goal for Taku. It seemed, in Taku's eyes, that Chii was his guide to a new and pleasant town where people helped each other. His heart was beating a bit strongly, he noticed...then he bit his lips tightly, and just watched the spinning wheels.
Hokkiado government Ordinances for welfare
The Hokkiado government has passed an ordinance (rule) with the aim that people with or without disabilities, from children to senior citizens, can live happily.
Let us try to fill our towns with respect and kindness.
